John K. Welch John K. Welch is president and chief executive officer of USEC Inc. Mr. Welch joined USEC in October 2005. He also serves on the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Welch previously served as executive vice president of the Marine Systems Group at General Dynamics where he oversaw all operational aspects of four business units, including Electric Boat and Bath Iron Works.
