Christine M. Ciccone is senior vice president of external relations at USEC Inc. She is responsible for the Company’s public policy efforts with the U.S. government, media and other external stakeholders as well as developing and implementing strategic communication plans companywide.
Ms. Ciccone was most recently vice president of government relations for Honeywell International, Inc. Prior to that she served as special assistant to the President for legislative affairs at the White House. Before that she served in a number of legislative roles as assistant staff director and general counsel for the Senate Appropriations Committee, as deputy staff director for the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee, as acting staff director and deputy general counsel for the Senate Rules Committee, and as a legislative assistant to Senator Warren Rudman (R-NH).
Ms. Ciccone is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds degrees from the George Washington University School of Law and the U.S. Naval War College. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
