Tanner Takes Management Role at USEC

PIKETON, Ohio – USEC is pleased to name Mabel Tanner as Section Manager, Field Decontamination and Waste Handling Operations in Infrastructure Operations.

“We are excited to have Mabel take on this new role,” said Dave Fosson, Manager of Chemical, Utilities and Power Operations. “Her experience and integrity will be valuable to our operations.”

Tanner has over 27 years experience at the Piketon plant as a laundry worker, Security Police Sergeant, Police Captain, and First Line Manager as well as in various other positions during her career on site. Recent positions include First Line Manager in Uranium Material Handling and First Line Manager, Waste Handling and Laundry.

Tanner lives near Jackson, Ohio, and has two children and three grandchildren.
