USEC Promotes Larry B. Cutlip to Engineering Manager at Portsmouth

BETHESDA, Md. - USEC Inc. announces the promotion of Larry B. Cutlip to Engineering Manager at the Portsmouth plant. He reports to Robert E. Helme, Director of Engineering.

Cutlip has served as Manager of Systems Engineering since May 1999. He first came to Portsmouth in 1981 as an Engineer in Process Engineering. From 1993 to 1999, he served in various managerial roles in the Operations organization.

Cutlip holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and mathematics from Muskingum College. He has also completed Advanced Management Training School.

A Pike County native and a former President of Waverly City Council, Cutlip is currently a member of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and the Grace United Methodist Church Administrative Board. He lives in Waverly and has three children, Alli, Emily and Ethan.
