BETHESDA, Md. - USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) has set the date for its first Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will be held on February 2, 1999 at 10 a.m. at the Bethesda Marriott Hotel, 5151 Pooks Hill Road, Bethesda, Maryland. Shareholders of record on December 4, 1998 will be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, or vote by proxy.
